Early Life and Background
Veronica Hardy grew up in Caracas, Venezuela, immersed in a family passionate about martial arts . Her journey began at age four with Taekwondo, where she demonstrated exceptional talent and earned a black belt by age twelve . She also trained in Karate, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Kickboxing .
Due to political and economic turmoil in Venezuela, her family relocated to Poland . This move and subsequent travels across numerous countries ultimately paved the way for her professional MMA career . She married former UFC welterweight Dan Hardy in December 2022 .

Hardy debuted in the UFC in September 2016 . Her early UFC run was challenging, but she has shown remarkable perseverance.
